The non-magnetic Ni Cr wire is used to electrify and heat the air as the hot air source, which is clean, sanitary and environmental friendly. With the ingenious wind tunnel design, the air passes through the inside / outside of the spiral heating wire evenly, the heat exchange is nearly 100%, the wind pressure loss is less, and the flow rate is less.

Temperature controlled by PID / SSR, high precision, fast feedback, durable. It is equipped with multiple overheat and overload protection devices (except for B-type machine) to fully ensure the safety of the equipment. The air outlet is equipped with K-type thermocouple for direct detection and air outlet temperature.

Multi fiber heat preservation cotton insulation, strong epoxy spraying shell, safe and reliable use, can keep high temperature for a long time.

Continuous use temperature can reach 350 ℃, widely used.

The standard circulation hot air blower applies the patented cooling device, the continuous air inlet temperature can reach 230 ℃ (higher temperature can be customized), and the air volume is regulated by frequency converter, which is more energy-saving, high controllability, less heat loss and other excellent characteristics. In addition, remote switch (6m) and motor protector (economic type) are optional.

The standard type adopts domestic and foreign brand electrical main controls (such as frequency converter, PID temperature controller, SSR, circuit breaker, intermediate relay, magnetic switch, etc.). The accuracy of PID temperature controller is ± 1%, and it is equipped with remote switch terminal; the economic type adopts domestic brand electrical main control (such as PID temperature controller, SSR, circuit breaker, intermediate relay, magnetic switch, etc.), without frequency converter. The accuracy of PID temperature controller is ± 1%;
