1、 Overview of Web stabilizers

At present, the imported high-speed paper machine is generally equipped with a web stabilizer, which is one of the key components to speed up the paper machine. 

The web stabilizer is mainly used in the press section, the paper cylinder and the drying section of the medium and high speed paper machine; the web stabilizer is mainly used to improve the stability of the web operation and reduce the end breakage and paper disease. It can not only improve the stability of the web operation, but also improve the evaporation speed of the web moisture.

2、 Structure and principle of web stabilizer

A paper machine is designed with several sets of paper stabilizers according to the specific situation, which are mainly composed of fan and paper stabilizers. The web stabilizer is generally close to the back of the dry fabric. There is a pressure chamber in the internal structure. The high-pressure air is ejected from the nozzle around the bellows. With the high-speed operation of the paper machine, the negative pressure is formed in this area, and the web is close to the dry fabr to achieve the purpose of web stability.

5、 Supply scope of web stabilizer system

6、 Manufacturing cycle and installation time

1. Arrive at the installation site within 45 days from the effective date of the contract.

2. Install the fan and some air pipes first without affecting the normal production, and shut down the rest for 8 hours.

9、 Operation method

After the paper machine is running, start the fan motor, adjust the opening of the air inlet valve, and ensure that the stability of the paper web operation reaches the ideal level.
