The advantages of drying oven are:

The operation of the vacuum drying box generally has a certain sequence: first, put the materials to be dried into the box, close the box door, close the vent valve, open the vacuum valve, and then open the vacuum pump to start pumping. When the vacuum in the tank is close to the vacuum degree, turn on the heating and set the temperature. When the temperature enters the constant temperature state, it is the drying start time. At the end of drying, first stop heating, then open the air valve, and then close the vacuum pump. When the drying box reaches normal pressure, open the box door and take out the dry material.

In the above operations, it is necessary to open the vent valve first, and then close the vacuum pump. Otherwise, the liquid in the vacuum pump is easily sucked into the drying box, which may not only pollute the medicine in the drying box, but also damage the vacuum pump and the drying box. Of course, the more advanced drying boxes are equipped with one-way valves to prevent reverse suction, but the operation is carried out in accordance with the above order to prevent accidents.
