1. Our closed hood is a modular design closed structure. In order to keep the dry bulb temperature of the hood at 80-85 ° C and the high temperature and high humidity air with a dew point temperature of 58-62 ° C from condensation and dripping, the top plate, end plate and side plate of the hood are sandwich structures, the inner plate and outer plate are rust proof aluminum plates, and the middle is hard centrifugal glass wool plate. The "labyrinth" connection mode is adopted between plates to eliminate the "cold bridge" to a large extent. The panel can be sine corrugated board or trapezoid corrugated board, with beautiful appearance, which can be selected according to the user's requirements.

2. The operation side of the closed hood is provided with a full-length electric lifting door, one of which is 2.5m high and 6m long in general. The lifting door is provided with a long insulated glass window. The back side is equipped with a sliding door, which is also equipped with an insulated glass observation window. In the hood, the operation of the paper machine is clear at a glance. The lifting door is equipped with a interlock device with the paper break signal. Once the paper break lifting door is automatically lifted, the lifting of the lifting door can also be manually operated on the console. A manual door for replacing the roller is opened on the operation side plate. In order to facilitate the roller replacement, a vertical and horizontal manual hoist is arranged in the hood. The hoisting door body is equipped with rope breaking protection device, which is safe and reliable, and all operations are very convenient.

3. In order to prevent the hot and humid air in the hood from overflowing to pollute the workshop environment when the lifting door of the hood is opened, and prevent the cold air in the workshop from entering the hood in large quantities to affect the high temperature environment in the hood. A "zero position" control device is arranged on the hood. The "zero position" is set at the upper edge of the lifting door; at this position, because the pressure difference is zero, the air inside and outside the hood does not flow. Under the "zero position", the air flows from the hood to the inside of the hood, and above the "zero position", the air flows from the hood to the outside of the hood. Therefore, in order to prevent the air in the hood from flowing out, the hood body above the upper edge of the lifting door should have a very good sealing performance. The "zero position" depends on the supply air volume and exhaust air volume of the hood. The exhaust air volume is controlled by detecting the moisture content in the exhaust air. The "zero position" is adjusted by the "zero position" detection device installed on the hood to control the amount of hot air sent to the hood.

4. A complete low-pressure lighting system and automatic fire extinguishing system are installed in the closed hood to meet the requirements of fire fighting and lighting.
