Tongue and groove connection is adopted between plates to eliminate "hot bridge" to the limit.

Completely stop dripping at the top

In order to adjust the longitudinal exhaust air volume in the hood and prevent dripping and dripping at the top of the hood, we have a manifold on the top of the hood and adjustable doors on both sides to adjust the exhaust air volume in different areas. At the same time, the manifold can be called a movable roof, which can provide a running environment consistent with the exhaust temperature at the top of the hood and completely eliminate dripping at the top.

Humanized operation and maintenance design

The operation side is equipped with a full-length electric lifting door, which is equipped with a full-length insulated glass window; the transmission test is equipped with a sliding door, and the door is also equipped with an insulated glass window, so the operation status of the paper machine is clear at a glance. The lifting door is provided with a interlock device with the paper break signal, once the paper break lifting door can be automatically lifted; of course, the lifting of the lifting door can also be manually operated on the console. A manual door for replacing the roller is opened on the operation side panel, and a vertical and horizontal manual hoist is arranged in the air hood, which can easily lead paper and change the roller. At the same time, the rope breaking protection device ensures the safety of personnel and the lifting door body.

Perfect air sealing

When the lifting door of the closed hood manufacturer is opened, in order to prevent the hot and wet air in the hood from overflowing, and also to prevent the cold air in the workshop from entering the hood, we have set the "zero position" control device on the hood. The "zero position" is adjusted by the "zero position" detection device installed on the hood to control the amount of hot air sent to the hood, effectively saving energy and reducing consumption.

Lighting and automatic fire extinguishing system

The low-pressure lighting system and automatic fire extinguishing system in the hood fully meet the requirements of fire fighting and lighting.
