Heat pipe waste heat recovery device

 Heat pipe waste heat recovery device is a heat exchange device made by using the high efficiency heat transfer characteristics of heat pipe and its environmental adaptability. It is mainly used in the field of industrial energy saving, and can widely recover the waste heat sources in gaseous, liquid and solid media. According to the state of hot fluid and cold fluid, the heat pipe waste heat recovery device can be divided into: gas gas type, gas steam type, gas liquid type, liquid liquid gas type. According to the structure of the recycler, it can be divided into: integral type, separate type and combined type.

Wall to wall heat exchanger

The heat exchanger of the waste heat recovery factory is the general equipment of chemical, petroleum, power, food and many other industrial departments, which plays an important role in the production. In the chemical production, the heat exchanger can be used as heater, cooler, condenser, evaporator and reboiler, etc., which is more widely used. Regenerative heat exchanger

The regenerative heat exchanger is used for the equipment of regenerative heat exchange, and it is generally used in the occasions with low requirements for medium mixing. The heat exchanger is filled with solid filler to store heat. Generally, fire grids are built with refractory bricks (sometimes with metal wave belts, etc.).

The regenerative heat transfer is carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the hot gas passes through the fire lattice and transmits the heat to the fire lattice for storage. In the second stage, the cold gas is heated by the heat stored in the fire lattice through the fire lattice. The two stages alternate. Generally, two regenerators are used alternately, that is, when the hot gas enters one, the cold gas enters the other.

It is often used in metallurgical industry, such as regenerator of open hearth furnace. It is also used in chemical industry, such as air preheater or combustion chamber in gas furnace and regenerative cracking furnace in artificial oil plant.
