Characteristics of closed hood. 

The closed hood  is designed with a long electric lifting door during operation, and a long insulating glass observation window is arranged on the lifting door, and the operation status of the paper machine is clear at a glance. A "zero position" control device is arranged on the hood, and the "zero position" is adjusted by the "zero position" detection device installed on the cover body to control the amount of hot air sent to the air cover. 

The design of the lifting door is interlocking with the paper separation signal. Once the paper is broken, the lifting door can be lifted automatically, or it can be lifted manually by control. The lifting door body is designed to "cut off self-locking" protection device to improve the safety and reliability of the door. 

The hood plate is a sandwich structure, the inner plate is rust-proof flat aluminum plate, the outer plate is rust-proof sine corrugated aluminum plate, and the middle is hard centrifugal glass plate. The connection mode of aluminum profile is adopted between the plate and the plate. It can be disassembled quickly. It is supplemented by rubber sealing strip to form a "labyrinth" seal to eliminate the "cold bridge" to a great extent.

The closed hood is provided with an air confluence duct and a sliding air door, which can adjust the longitudinal exhaust air volume of the paper machine to ensure the uniformity of air moisture content in each dry part of the paper sheet. 

The tending side panel is provided with a manual door for replacing rolls, and in order to facilitate roll change, the closed hood is provided with longitudinal and horizontal manual hoists. 

A sliding door is arranged on the back side, and a heat insulating glass observation window is arranged on the sliding door.
