First, the lighting and fire fighting facilities should be fully considered in the design. 

The airtight hood should not only have a beautiful appearance, but also be durable and functionally coordinated in its service life, so it is necessary to ensure that the internal structure needs to consider lighting and fire-fighting facilities in the design.

Second, the requirements of the lighting system in the hood. 

The design of closed hood lighting system needs to fully consider anti-fog and explosion-proof. 

It is recommended to use heat-resistant cable. 

Third, the design consideration of steam fire protection system in the hood. 

The steam fire-fighting system of the airtight hood needs to design multiple temperature detection and DCS systems at the top of the hood. If the exhaust temperature is too high, the fire-fighting detection system on the exhaust pipe can send early warning signals. In this way, the ventilation system of the paper machine will halo and stop running, and some linkage mechanisms will respond, so as to avoid the occurrence of danger and achieve the purpose of safe fire control.
