Characteristics of closed hood

The  back side of the hood is designed as a sliding door, and the tending side is designed as a lifting door. The lifting door is connected with the paper break signal. In case of paper break, the lifting door will open automatically. The tending side plate is equipped with a roll changing door, which can change the roll quickly and conveniently.

The wall plate of the hood is sandwich structure, the outer plate is anti rust trapezoidal aluminum plate, the middle is hard centrifugal glass wool, and the inner plate is anti rust flat aluminum plate. The wall panel can be disassembled quickly, supplemented by a 'labyrinth' seal made of rubber sealing strips, which can largely eliminate the "cold bridge".
