When the negative pressure fan is installed in the ventilation system, the wall on this side of the fan must be sealed. Especially, there should be no gap around the fan. The best way to install the negative pressure fan is to close the walls of the fan and the nearby doors and windows, and open the doors and windows of the opposite walls of the fan, so as to ensure the air flow in a straight line.

Before installation

1. Before the installation of negative pressure fan, carefully check whether the negative pressure fan is intact, whether the fastening bolts are loose or fall off, and whether the impeller collides with the wind cover. Carefully check whether the fan blade or shutter is deformed or damaged during transportation.

2. When installing and selecting the air outlet environment, it should be noted that there should not be too large obstacles within 2.5-3M from the opposite side of the air outlet.

During installation

1. Jinan ventilation system is installed stably: pay attention to the horizontal position of the negative pressure fan when installing, and adjust it to the level of the negative pressure fan and the foundation. The motor shall not tilt after installation.

2. When installing the negative pressure fan, the adjusting bolt of the motor shall be in a convenient position for operation. It is convenient to adjust the belt tightness.

3. When installing the negative pressure fan bracket, make sure that the bracket and the foundation plane are stable. If necessary, install angle iron beside the negative pressure fan for reinforcement.

4. After the installation of negative pressure fan, check the sealing around it. If there is any gap, it can be sealed with solar panel or glass glue.

After installation

1. After the installation of ventilation system, check whether there are left tools and sundries inside the negative pressure fan. Move the fan blade by hand or lever, check whether there is over tightening or rubbing phenomenon, and check whether there is any object that hinders the rotation and whether there is any abnormal phenomenon, then the test run can be carried out.

2. If the negative pressure fan vibrates or the motor has "buzzing" abnormal sound or other abnormal phenomena during operation, it shall be shut down for inspection, and it shall be started up for use after repair.
