Judging from the current situation, the drying sections of many large paper machines mostly use airtight hoods to adjust the internal temperature and humidity of the air system.
But often in the actual operation, few people make some appropriate adjustments to the parameters of the airtight hood system, so that the paper machine enters a large amount of air.
There is a big gap between the temperature and humidity in the hood and the recommended value of the TAPPI standard (TIP0404-33), resulting in a serious waste of energy.
The main reasons are: it is impossible to accurately monitor the real-time data of the temperature and humidity field distribution in the hood, so that the operator can not adjust it; the air state parameters in the hood are strongly related to the operation parameters of multi-cylinder groups. the existing system is difficult to optimize so many strong coupling variable parameters, resulting in improper operation.
The design of the closed hood in the drying section shall meet the following requirements:
(1) provide a closed high temperature environment to facilitate the drying and reduction of the paper.
Exhaust air volume, and improve the effect of heat recovery in the exhaust air of the hood.
The most popular design parameter in the world is that the dry bulb temperature in the hood is 80-85 ℃ and the dew point temperature is 58-62 ℃.
(2) the monitoring, operation and maintenance of the paper machine must be convenient, and the paper must be fed and changed conveniently.
(3) the high temperature and humidity in the clos hood is especially easy to cause condensation, so the design of the hood must completely put an end to the condensation and dripping of the roof of the hood.
The change of the parameters of the small control variables in the hood will have a great impact on the temperature and humidity.
The flow rate and air quality in the hood of the drying section are sensitive parameters .
For this reason, a measuring device which can quickly and accurately detect the temperature and humidity in the hood is designed to meet the sensitivity requirements of temperature and humidity control in the hood.
At present, many large-scale paper machine equipment in our country usually choose foreign imported products, and the use of foreign imported products will cause high prices and lead to high papermaking costs. therefore, we need to develop our own closed hood in Shandong Province. and increase independent monitoring system, better optimization, in order to improve the utilization rate of paper machine equipment.
