1：The surface of the hood framework in closed hood should be cleaned and decontaminated every year, and anti rust paint and high temperature resistant paint should be applied to improve the service life of closed hood.

2： When installing or maintaining the top of closed hood, the maintenance operator must fasten the safety belt and helmet, and do a good job of personal protection to prevent accidents.

3：During the maintenance of the top of closed hood, it must be difficult to run on the top and trample hard. When cleaning and sanitary treatment is carried out on the top of closed hood, do not flush it with water.

4：The lifting door of closed hood should be monitored monthly, such as whether the connection is loose, whether the wire rope is damaged or rusted, etc.

5：During the maintenance of closed hood, it is necessary to control the fire water source to prevent the temperature control instrument at the top from detecting the wrong signal and causing the relevant startup.

6：When the lighting system of closed hood is maintained, it should be understood that the lighting lamp has the function of moisture-proof and explosion-proof.

7：The swing door or sliding door of closed hood cannot be locked, which will lead to the operator not being able to enter and exit freely and cause accidents.

In the daily use process, attention must be paid to the correct operation during maintenance to prevent unexpected accidents. In addition to the above items, there are many places to pay attention to, such as the lifting reducer of the closed hood, the safety device of the lifting door and the skeleton paint. The lubricating oil of lifting speed reducer should be replaced once a month from 6 months to 12 months, while the lifting door needs to be overhauled once a month to avoid the occurrence of seasonal accidents. Regular maintenance and inspection are required.
