1. Equipment structural characteristics

2. Equipment installation

① Before lifting the equipment, check whether the relevant lifting devices and equipment are firm and reliable to prevent equipment damage due to lifting.

② Pay attention to adjusting the height and position of the rack during the installation of the hood, ensuring that the distance between the nozzle face of the hood and the cylinder barrel meets the technical requirements and is evenly spaced at all points.

③ Each support frame (seat) of the hood should be installed firmly, and the sliding device should rotate flexibly without jamming or interference.

④ The air ducts are tightly and firmly connected, reinforced and supported, and insulated.

⑤ The fan is required to be constructed in accordance with the relevant installation technical requirements of the fan.

3. Equipment debugging

① Check whether all connecting parts are securely and reliably connected, whether the sliding device is lubricated, whether the electrical power lines are safe and reliable, and whether the instruments and meters are working properly (especially whether the cylinder air pressure reaches 0.4-0.6Mpa).

② First, use the shooting method to adjust the left and right half hoods separately, that is, open and close the left half hood separately, and then open and close the right half hood separately, that is, adjust the half hood separately.

③ Recheck if the apricot air duct is connected correctly to prevent the cross connection of the left and right air ducts.

④ The shooting method opens (closes) the left and right hoods again.

⑤ Open all the left and right hoods one by one, and then close all the left and right hoods one by one.

⑥ Open both the left and right air hoods simultaneously.

Fan debugging steps:

① Close the air inlet regulating valve and slightly open the air outlet regulating valve.

② Check the gap size of each part of the fan unit, and ensure that there is no collision between the rotating parts. All fixing bolts should be tightened.

③ Check if the bearing lubricating oil is sufficient and intact.

④ For fans with couplings or belt drives, it is necessary to check whether the coupling, pulley, and belt are installed reliably, and whether the coaxiality between the fan shaft and the motor meets technical regulations.

⑤ For fans with water cooled bearings, it is necessary to check whether the water supply to the cooling water pipes is good.

⑥ Check whether the electrical wiring and instrument installation are correct and easy to use.

⑦ During the starting process of the motor, the operation of the unit should be strictly checked. If strong noise or vibration is found, the machine should be immediately stopped, the cause checked, and then eliminated.

⑧ When the fan characteristics reach normal state, gradually open the inlet regulating valve until the specified load is met.

4. Maintenance and upkeep of equipment

① The surface of the equipment should be kept clean to ensure good heat exchange effect: after a period of use, if there are dust and dirt on the fins, they can be rinsed with water, and generally thoroughly cleaned once a year; Try to install a filter at the fresh air inlet to ensure the cleanliness of the fresh air passing through the surface of the heater and reduce the dismantling and cleaning work of the heater.

② After using the heater for 2-3 years, chemical cleaning agents should be used to remove scale from the inner cavity.

③ When there is a leak at the welding point between the steam connecting pipe and the heat exchanger shell after a long period of use, E4303 welding rod can be used for welding. Welders with welding qualifications for pressure vessels can weld and repair the leak, and then conduct a water pressure test (the test pressure is 1.25 times the working pressure).

④ When there is leakage at the connection between the finned tube and the tube plate, the heater needs to be replaced.
