Equipment structure:

The Yankee hood consists of a high-temperature and high-speed impact hood and an external thermal circulation system.

The hood frame is welded with carbon structural steel and has excellent mechanical strength performance. Both the inner and outer panels are made of stainless steel or galvanized steel plates with strong high-temperature and corrosion resistance (depending on the customer's paper machine), and centrifugal glass fiber insulation cotton is filled between the inner and outer panels to ensure that the cover has good insulation performance to prevent heat loss.

2. The nozzle and air duct are made of stainless steel plate material, specially designed and carefully processed to ensure that the nozzle can work under high temperature conditions without deformation for a long time, ensuring even blowing.

3. The air hood adopts a combination of left and right half hoods, making the equipment easy to install and maintain.

4. Use fluid computing software to calculate and simulate, scientifically design and layout the circulating air duct outside the hood, scientifically select fans, fully optimize the flow field distribution of the system, select advanced heat recovery devices, achieve uniform air supply and save system energy consumption.

Equipment installation:

1. Before lifting the equipment, check whether the relevant lifting devices and equipment are firm and reliable to prevent damage to the equipment due to lifting.

2. During the installation of the hood body, attention should be paid to adjusting the height and position of the frame to ensure that the distance between the curved surface of the hood nozzle and the cylinder meets the technical requirements and the distance between each part is equal.

Equipment debugging:

1. Steps for adjusting the cover: ① Check whether all connecting parts are securely and reliably connected, whether the sliding device is lubricated, whether the electrical power supply circuit is safe and reliable, and whether the instruments and meters are working properly (especially whether the cylinder air pressure reaches 0.4~0.6Mpa); ② First, use the shooting method to adjust the left and right half hoods separately, that is, open and close the left half hood separately, and then open and close the right half hood separately, that is, adjust the half hood separately first; ③ Recheck if the trachea is connected correctly to prevent cross connection of the trachea on the left and right sides of the hood; ④ Open (close) the left and right air hoods again using the shooting method; ⑤ Open all the left and right air hoods in sequence, then close all the left and right air hoods in sequence; ⑥ Open both the left and right air hoods simultaneously.

2. Steps for fan debugging: ① Close the inlet air regulating valve and slightly open the outlet air regulating valve; ② Check the gap size of each part of the fan unit, the rotating part is not allowed to collide, and all fixing bolts should be tightened; ③ Check if the bearing lubricating oil is sufficient and intact; ④ For fans with couplings or belt drives, it is necessary to check whether the couplings, pulleys, and belts are installed reliably, and whether the coaxiality between the fan shaft and the motor meets technical specifications; ⑤ For fans with water-cooled bearings, check whether the water supply of the cooling water pipe is good; ⑥ Check whether the electrical circuits and instruments are installed correctly and effectively; ⑦ During the starting process of the electric motor, the operation of the unit should be strictly checked. If strong noise or severe vibration is found, the machine should be stopped immediately, the cause checked, and then eliminated; ⑧ When the fan characteristics reach normal state, gradually open the inlet regulating valve until the specified load is met.
