There are precautions for installing the fan case

1. The ventilator in the ventilation equipment shall be arranged on the floor or platform as far as possible for maintenance and repair; when the motor power of the centrifugal fan is less than or equal to 75kW, it is not necessary to install the valve for starting only. When the induced draft fan of the centrifugal boiler is selected for discharging high temperature flue gas or air, the valve for starting shall be set to prevent the motor from overload during cold operation.

2. The fan installation pedestal (Foundation) shall have sufficient strength, stability and durability, and the vibration of the pedestal shall meet the following requirements:

1) The natural frequency of the foundation device shall not be greater than 1 / 3 of the rotational speed of the motor and fan.

2) The difference between the vibration speed when the ventilator is running and the vibration speed when the ventilator is still shall be more than 3 times.

3. Flexible joint shall be set between the fan inlet and outlet and the air pipe. The air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe and other devices shall be separately supported and firmly supported by the foundation or other components of the building, and the shell shall not bear the weight of other components.

4. When the ventilator is installed on the building components, vibration isolation measures shall be taken.

5. There are two types of fan case of ventilation equipment: fire smoke exhaust type and ventilation type. The fire smoke exhaust type adopts the high temperature resistant structural plate, the motor and the drive section are all arranged on the outer end of the fan case, which can discharge the high temperature smoke above 280 ℃ for continuous operation for more than 100 minutes.
