1. Inspection of the mechanical part of the system

2. Inspection of the installation position of the paper stabilizer

4. When replacing the dry net, protect the sealing strip

Due to the very small distance between the dry net and the sealing strip of the paper stabilizer, the loading air valve of the sealing strip must be closed when replacing the dry net. Otherwise, replacing the dry net will wear out the sealing strip, which will affect the vacuum generation of the stabilizer in the area where the sealing strip is worn out.

5. Measurement of vacuum in paper stabilizer

Measure the vacuum in the high vacuum area and bag area before and after each shutdown; When there is a problem with the paper page running on the stabilizer, it is necessary to measure and adjust the vacuum.

6. Automation inspection

Including the air duct and its connecting parts, especially whether there is any leakage outside the paper stabilizer; Whether the air duct is clean inside; Whether the air valve and actuator operate normally; Whether the pressure sensors in the high vacuum area and bag area are normal; Whether the sensor measurement value is consistent with the on-site manual measurement value, and if the deviation is too large, it must be corrected.
